  Luis Ramirez is the best route driver we have had at this location. His customer service is above what would be expected from a uniform company. We always look forward to seeing him with our uniforms. Always is respectful and seems like he really cares about his customers.

  The company I work for in Pasco WA gets our uniform services thru UniFirst and I have had the pleasure of personally dealing with Luis Ramirez over the past year and have really enjoyed doing business with him. He is by far the best route person we have ever dealt with. He always comes in with a smile and makes jokes, and we talk briefly about how eachother are doing. I feel like he genuinely cares about the quality of service he is providing our company and we appreciate that truly. He goes above and beyond for us, while being personable and definitely exceeds our expectations. UniFirst is a lucky company to have an employee that truly cares about his job and clients.
