  Vance was the associate who helped my girlfriend and I. He provided the best customer service experience I have every had! Mattress Firm was our first stop in looking for a mattress. We were sold the first night we went in but still wanted to look around before purchasing for sure. We ended up looking only at 1 location and decided to go back because we just couldn't get over how helpful Vance was. He was very informative and made sure all our needs were met. He was not like other associates who just tell us what we wanted to hear so they can get a sale from us.

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We went to 2 different store prior (1 being the worst service we have ever had, the other a different matress firm location) and felt an instant relief when greeted by the gentleman working. He answered all of our questions and then some! He found us the best deal and was extremely nice. This location was a little further than were we live than the other matress stores but was worth it. I'd definitely recommend them! We are getting our mattress this Saturday and can't wait!! They also had a little toy table for our 1 1/2 year old to play with!
