  Took in expensive stones my husband brought back for me from Australia. After quoting me a price and the time which it would take to complete the work to make earring out of the stones, I left the stones with Brothers Jewelers. The allotted time passed with no phone calls about progress on my earrings even a week or so after the date no word. I had to call them. OK they had a medical excuse. I could buy that but not the lack of communication. He gave me a new date which also came and went. They say Third time is the charm, well not always so. I finally got my earrings from Brother Jewelers and what shoddy, incomplete work. I almost lost one of the stones as it had not been secured. The loop had been left open and the stone just fell of while I was taking off my earrings and on close inspection there were plier teeth marks all over the earrings where he had gripped them. I took the earrings to a real jeweler to be repaired. When they asked me if I was sure I did not want to take them back to Brothers to have them fix them, I said if they could not get them right the first time why would I expect them to get it right this time. I never plan going back there again.
